Shipping
Our posted shipping costs are the actual costs and will usually include the cost of shipping, packaging and handling. We strive to ship all items as soon as the payment clears, normally within 2 business days. International sales will take longer to prepare, typically 3 to 5 days with customs paperwork. Please allow up to two (2) weeks for most shipments depending on where you live. Some items may have longer ship times, we will try to indicate this in the listing. Most of our large items are shipped via UPS, DHL, or Fed Ex. Smaller items are shipped via the USPS.
If a fixed shipping cost is indicated in the item description please add this amount and insurance in your payment to us. If a shipping calculator is provided, please use it to compute the payment due. International bidders may be responsible for additional duty or tax that we are not aware of when we ship.
We do our best to pack each item carefully, but despite our best efforts the carriers occasionally (less than 1% of shipments so far) damage an item. If you do receive a damaged item please retain all packing material and contact us for further instructions. We advise everyone to purchase shipping insurance. If you do not purchase shipping insurance we will not be able to help you with a shipping claim. UPS covers up to $99 USD by default, other carrier polices will vary. On orders that ship via the USPS, you will need to purchase the optional shipping insurance.
International Buyers: Shipping insurance does not cover seizure by customs and neither will we. Make sure you are legally allowed to receive the items you buy from us before you buy them.
Returns
New Items: Unless an item is listed as as is or parts we will accept a return once an RMA (Return Material Authorization) is properly issued from us. Please do not do a blind return as your item may get lost. To get an RMA please email us at customerservice@pulltotheright.com indicating the reason for the return and if you are looking for a refund, credit, or replacement (we will do our best to get a replacement if possible). You will still be responsible for all original shipping costs, and return shipping costs back to us. We may assess a 15 percent restocking charge on non-defective open items.
Used Items: All sales are final on used items except if not as described.
Collectibles: No returns will be accepted on opened collectibles (due to reduced value).
Sales Outside the Continental United States: No returns will be accepted on items sold outside the United States (due to customs regulations).
Warranty
New Items: Most new items are covered under a Manufacturer Warranty. We would be happy to assist with any Manufacturer warranty claims.
Used Items: Most used items are sold "as is" and without warranty unless one is included in the item description.
